PHILOSOPHY
Architecture
is an art,
a science, a private creation, a public solution,
and a motivator of society.
At CFM
we are constantly challenged to
remain mindful of architecture’s variety of
facets as we develop solutions that make
worthwhile statements to future generations.
This philosophy reserves no room for
preconceived notions.
We begin with bare ground, upon which a foundation
is poured and cured with the projects’
functional programming needs, budgetary
considerations, and creative ideas.
Onto
this foundation we erect a frame of technical
requirements based on a thorough investigation of
the individual's, the user's, the site's, and the
community's needs. The frame is then clad with solutions we
derive from responses to our questionnaires,
interviews, observations, inventories, and
workshops.
We complete the process by upholding our reputation
for creative viable planning and design solutions,
and by surpassing expectations.
