F. McAfee, FAIA, NOMA, PA was retained to provide various services for
numerous buildings at the Missouri Training Center for Men. These
included the renovation of staff housing and the introduction of new
energy systems to the facilities. Installing insulation and siding,
replacing windows, modifying guard towers heating system, plumbing and
electrical were also a part of this project.
