Architectural, mechanical, and electrical renovations were made to 19 primary and secondary school campuses in the school district. CFM managed the architectural and M/E/P design and implementation utilizing rotating teams to meet district timeframes. One of the more creative challenges of the project was working with a limited budget to add air-conditioning systems to structures that were 20 to 70 years old.
