| A
low profile 15,056 SF structure was designed to accommodate the
facilities required in the program. This solution was controlled by the
height requirements of a gymnasium which is equivalent to a two story
structure. Therefore, a lower level was planned to contain the gym and
skating floors, together with locker rooms, lounge and check out
facilities. The upper level contains offices, conference rooms and
lounge areas. Lounge areas and office overlook the gym-skating floor.
