& Renovations of Labs & PE Facility

CFM has built a long-term relationship with the nation’s 2nd largest community college district. Encompassing 146,000 students, the DCCCD occupies 10 campuses totaling 1,500 acres and 4 million SF of facility space. This project is actually three rolled into one. The science building is 22,000 SF of new chemistry and biology science labs with anatomy and microbiology and a conference center for campus activities. The renovation project is a 13,000 SF remodel of existing science labs to create new labs for geology and physics, new computer classrooms, and division and faculty offices. The P.E. addition includes a new entry and reconfiguration of locker rooms.
