CFM
was selected for the design and
preparation of construction documents for the Cotton Bowl in historic
Fair Park. The project included renovating and creating accessible
facilities for seventeen restrooms in the 65 year old Cotton Bowl. Work
included replacement of existing toilet fixtures, partitions and
accessories; addition of accessible stalls; upgraded lighting, heating
and ventilation; new doors and frames; new fluid-applied flooring and
repairing and repainting of restroom walls. CFM
designed the project,
prepared construction drawings and specification and provided
construction contract administration and overall coordination of the
work.
